Flying Birds Aviation

Flying Birds Aviation, also called FBA, is an Indian air charter company. B2B marketplace listings give its address as C7, Juhu Civil Aerodrome, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai, and list a Maharashtra GST registration. The company's own About page says it is headquartered in Malaysia and works in India and the Gulf region.

Its website lists aircraft and jet charter, helicopter charter, air ambulance flights, aircraft and helicopter sales, aircraft leasing, and aircraft operations management. It also mentions helicopter maintenance, spare parts supply, helipad construction, helicopter flower drops, aerial survey and photography, and aviation consulting. The homepage says the company mainly serves corporate clients and the Hindi film industry.

On the sales side, the company says it focuses on pre-owned aircraft and helicopters. Its site shows logos of manufacturers including Agusta, Airbus, Bell, Boeing, Cessna, Embraer and Robinson. Marketplace listings show helicopters for sale and helicopters available for hire across India.

The website says the company has a dedicated fleet, but no aircraft registrations, fleet list or DGCA Non-Scheduled Operator Permit could be confirmed. Until an operating permit is verified, flyers should treat the company as a broker that arranges flights with third-party operators. No ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO accreditation was found.

The news section on the website has not been updated since about 2010. Flyers should ask which operator and aircraft will fly the trip, and for that operator's DGCA permit, before booking.
