Baron Aviation

Baron Aviation is the business aviation arm of the Baron Group, also presented as Baron Luxury & Lifestyles, which is headquartered in Mumbai. Its corporate office is on Airport Sahar Road in Andheri East, close to Mumbai's main airport. The group says it provides business aviation and travel services across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, China and North America.

Within the group, Baron Aviation handles private charter and aircraft services. Related brands include Baron Eagles, marketed as a global jet card, and BookMyCharters, an online platform for requesting private jet and helicopter charters.

Aviation press coverage in 2013 described the launch of the Baron Eagle jet card, which at that time drew on nine business jets and helicopters, including Challenger 604, Falcon 2000, Global Express and Hawker 750 jets and AS355N, Bell 407 and Bell 412 helicopters. Reports from the period said Baron bought blocks of flight time from Indian charter operators rather than flying its own fleet, so flyers should treat it as a company that arranges flights with third-party operators.
