Chennai-based NSOP business jet charter operator serving India and international routes
FlySBS Aviation Limited is a private aviation company headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. A September 2026 company press release states that it holds a Non-Scheduled Operator Permit (NSOP) from India's Directorate General of Civil Aviation. That permit is the certificate Indian companies need to operate on-demand charter flights.
The company flies bespoke charters, corporate shuttles and VIP trips within India, across the subcontinent and to international destinations. Its website also lists aircraft management and continuing airworthiness management (CAMO) services for owners. It names offices or service points in Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kerala and Coimbatore.
The website's quote form offers aircraft categories from the Citation CJ2+ and Hawker 900XP up to the Embraer Legacy 600 and 650 and the Bombardier Global 6000. The site does not say which of these aircraft the company operates itself and which it sources from other operators. Flyers should ask which aircraft and operator will fly their trip.
Company leadership quoted in the September 2026 release includes R. Amba Shankar, Director and CEO, and Kannan Ramakrishnan, Director. The same release announced a long-term jet fuel supply agreement with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. The FLYSBS ticker in the release, and the National Stock Exchange archive that hosts its filings, indicate that the company is listed. Its website shows BAOA and NBAA logos.
