Kan Aero

Kan Aero is an aviation group based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. According to its website it works through two companies: Kan Aerofoil Pvt. Ltd., which handles charter and aviation support, and Kan Aero Technics Pvt. Ltd., which focuses on aircraft maintenance.

The charter side is described as an NSOP-certified helicopter and charter service for on-demand travel within India. NSOP is the Indian non-scheduled operator permit issued under DGCA rules. The website lists a company helipad at Adalaj, on the Koba-Adalaj Road on the northern edge of Ahmedabad.

The maintenance business lists services such as AOG support, line maintenance, inspections, avionics, component and engine work, and records management, which it says are aligned with DGCA CAR 145 standards.

The website does not name the helicopters or aircraft used for charter, so flyers should ask which aircraft and which permit holder will operate a given flight when requesting a quote.
