List a jet card program

Jet card programs appear in the Jet Card Hub (under Programs from providers) and on your profile.

Plans: Pro includes 1 jet card program; Elite and Firm Elite are unlimited. Free plans see an upgrade prompt.

Add a program

1. Open Dashboard → Jet cards and click New jet card.
2. Fill in:
   • Program name and Card type (Fixed-rate card, Debit card, Membership, Hour block, Other)
   • Currency
   • Hourly rates by cabin: Turboprop through Ultra long range. Add at least one, unless it's a Membership.
   • Minimum purchase, Minimum hours, Deposit / initiation fee
   • Peak days per year and Peak day surcharge / rules
   • Cancellation policy, Fleet, Operator(s), Regions served (comma separated) and Notes
3. Click Submit for review, or Save as draft to finish later.

Our team reviews it, usually within a day. You're emailed when it's live, or if it needs changes (the note also shows on the program).

Edit a published program

Click Edit, make your changes and click Save and resubmit for review.

Important: Editing a published program takes it offline until we approve it again. So does Save as draft. Plan changes for a quiet moment.

Statuses

• draft: not submitted.
• pending: waiting for our review.
• published: live.
• rejected: see the reviewer's note, fix it and click Submit for review.

Note: Programs appear publicly once your profile itself is live.
