Goodwill Private Aviation (Goodwill) is an air charter company based in Paris, with a second contact line in Geneva. Business directories record that it began operating in 2000, starting with charters for sports teams.

The company arranges private jet charters and full commercial aircraft charters for groups, such as events, tours, staff shuttles and series of flights. It also arranges cargo flights, emergency repatriation and medical evacuation, and ACMI (aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance) leasing. Its website also lists aircraft management and aircraft buying and selling, plus extras such as catering, private terminals, chauffeurs and yacht charter.

Goodwill works as a broker. It selects aircraft from third-party operators and cites partnerships with more than 250 airlines and a database of nearly 700.
