BIRDY Private Jets | Air Charter Agency ✧ Paris

BIRDY Private Jets, also styled BIRDY.AERO, is a private jet charter agency founded by Sherkane de Haenen and based in Saint-Barthélemy in the Caribbean. Its website lists offices in St Barth, Paris and Zurich. A profile in BlueSky Business Aviation News in August 2025 described the company as having been set up about four years earlier.

The company is a broker. Its website states that it does not operate aircraft and is not a contracting carrier; it books aircraft from third-party operators on behalf of clients. Because it owns no fleet, it can source different aircraft types, and clients can ask for piston, turboprop or jet aircraft or a specific airframe.

Services listed on the website include worldwide on-demand charter, Caribbean trips and a programme called Backstage Flights aimed at artists and events. It also offers add-ons such as car rental and hotel arrangements, and accepts payment in several cryptocurrencies through a payments partner.

St Barth serves as the base for flights in the Americas, while partners cover Europe and Africa, according to the BlueSky News profile, which also mentions close work with Caribbean operator CARIBAVIA. The website states that the team is reachable around the clock and shows an NBAA member logo.
