Paris-based private jet and helicopter charter broker operating since 1991
Aeroaffaires is an air charter broker headquartered at 128 rue de la Boétie in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. The company was founded in 1991 by François-Xavier Clerc, who previously worked for Dassault Falcon Service. Its 2025 brochure names Isabelle Clerc as the current CEO.
As a broker, Aeroaffaires does not operate its own aircraft. It arranges flights with third-party operators, and its website says it works with more than 850 certified operators. Requests can range from light jets for short European hops to long-range jets for intercontinental trips.
Beyond private jet charter, the company lists helicopter charter and transfers, group flights, air freight, and medical evacuation or air ambulance flights. It also markets empty-leg seats, air taxi and shuttle flights, ACMI aircraft leasing, commercial airline ticketing and a prepaid product it calls the Flying Jet Card.
The company reports having handled more than 45,000 flights and over 120,000 passengers since it started. It states memberships of the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) and The Air Charter Association (ACA). No third-party safety audit such as ARGUS or Wyvern is mentioned on its website.
Flyers comparing brokers in France may find its long operating history and wide product range relevant, and should ask which operator and aircraft will perform a given flight before booking.
