Eclipse Air Charter

Eclipse Air Charter is a private jet charter company founded in Toronto in 2016. Its headquarters are at 120 Adelaide Street West. According to a 2023 company release, it also has offices in New York and London, and its founder and managing director is Yasmin Alam.

The company works as a broker. Its own terms say it arranges flights for clients with Part 135 air carriers that keep full operational control of each charter. It does not operate aircraft itself.

The service is pay as you go, with no membership fees or long-term commitments. The website includes an empty-leg search, and the company describes its charter offering as worldwide. In September 2023 it announced Eclipse Air Share, a programme in which up to two parties share one chartered flight.

Because Eclipse is a broker, aircraft type, operator and safety standards vary from trip to trip. Flyers should ask which operator will fly each trip.
