Ontario helicopter operator for aerial application, crane and utility work, with charters
Zimmer Air Services Inc. is a Canadian aviation company with its head office in Blenheim, Ontario. Its website lists further bases in St. Thomas and Thunder Bay, Ontario, and in Outlook, Saskatchewan.
Most of the company's work is commercial rather than passenger travel. Its website lists aerial application for agriculture, forestry, invasive species and pest control and municipal programmes, as well as aerial crane work, forestry and mining and exploration support, and aircraft maintenance.
Passenger charter is a smaller part of the business. The website directs charter enquiries to the Blenheim base and invites requests for travel or leisure flights. A federal Canadian contract record also lists Zimmer Air Service Inc. of Blenheim as the recipient of a helicopter charter contract from Public Works and Government Services Canada.
The website does not list its aircraft types in its main text. Flyers who need a passenger charter should confirm the available helicopter, seating and route directly with the Blenheim base.
