Execaire (formerly Image Air Charter)

Execaire Aviation is a Canadian private aviation company and a division of Halifax-based IMP Group Limited. This listing originally covered Image Air Charter, a Toronto charter and aircraft management firm that IMP Group bought in 2013. The web address on file now redirects to Execaire Aviation.

At the time of the purchase, Image Air had close to 60 employees and managed about 20 aircraft for executive travel. Press reports at the time said the combined Execaire operation would have more than 290 employees and a managed fleet of 53 aircraft. The group later merged its separate brands, including Image Air Charter, under the Execaire name.

Execaire lists private jet charter on its managed fleet, published empty-leg flights, aircraft management in Canada and the United States, sales and acquisition of new and pre-owned aircraft, and maintenance. It says it runs its own flight operations centre staffed around the clock.

The company operates full-service FBOs at Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Montreal (YUL), Halifax (YHZ) and Ottawa (YOW), with operational bases in Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg and Windsor. Its website displays ARGUS and IS-BAO logos, and it describes more than 70 years in private aviation.
