Utility helicopter operator in northwest British Columbia, based in Terrace
Northcoast Helicopters is a helicopter company in British Columbia, Canada. Its website lists Terrace, Chilliwack, Hazelton, Kelowna and Dease Lake as locations.
The company describes itself as specialising in utility operations, including precision longline work. It lists exploration, fire suppression, heli-skiing support, environmental work, avalanche control, search and rescue and project consulting among its services.
Job postings from the company point to an Airbus AS350 (A-Star) fleet and describe work centred on mining, wildfire and heli-skiing. The website does not publish a fleet list.
It is a utility and project operator rather than a passenger charter provider, so it suits industrial and remote-site work more than executive travel.
