Execaire Aviation : Hangar 1

Execaire Aviation is a Canadian business aviation company and a division of IMP Group Limited of Halifax. Its main base is at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport in Dorval, Quebec, where the company and its predecessors have had facilities since the 1950s. The brand brings together the former Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group and Skycharter.

Its services cover private jet charter (including empty-leg flights), aircraft management, buying and selling new and pre-owned business jets, maintenance and repairs, and parts. Execaire says it runs its own flight operations center for trip planning, dispatch and flight following around the clock. Charter flights use the aircraft it manages for owners.

Execaire runs full-service FBOs at Montreal (YUL), Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Halifax (YHZ) and Ottawa (YOW). It also has operational bases in Vancouver (YVR), Calgary (YYC), Winnipeg (YWG) and Windsor (YQG).

According to the company's history, Timmins Aviation opened an FBO at Dorval in 1955. Execaire Ltd. was formed in 1961 and held an air charter certificate from its early years. IMP Group bought Innotech Aviation in 1988, later added Execaire, bought Image Air Charter in 2013 and Skycharter in the 2020s, before combining them under the single Execaire Aviation name.
