CanCharter Aviation Inc.

CanCharter Aviation Inc. is an aircraft charter broker based in Dorval, Quebec, near Montreal-Trudeau airport. Its office is at 575 Avenue Marshall, Suite 202. It does not operate its own aircraft; it arranges flights with third-party charter operators drawn from a database of operators it says it has selected.

The company quotes trips across a wide range of aircraft categories, from piston and turboprop aircraft through very light, light, midsize and heavy jets, up to airliners and VIP-configured airliners. That range lets it handle both small private trips and larger group movements.

Its stated markets include corporate travel, event and group travel, film and entertainment productions, hunting and fishing trips, mining and exploration crew rotations, and private holidays. It also sells holiday packages that pair private flights with villa stays.

CanCharter holds a permit from Quebec's Office de la protection du consommateur (permit 703045), the licence required for travel agents in the province. The company notes that bookings made through a Quebec licensee carry consumer protection in case of supplier insolvency, which does not apply when booking directly with an operator. No aviation certifications of its own are listed, which is normal for a broker; flyers should ask which operator and certificate will be used for a given trip.
