Skyservice Business Aviation Calgary

Skyservice Business Aviation is a Canadian business aviation company founded in Montreal in 1986 by Russ and Peggy Payson. Calgary is one of its long-standing locations, alongside Montreal and Toronto, and the company operates a private jet centre at Calgary International Airport (CYYC) on Palmer Road NE.

Skyservice runs charter operations, private aircraft management for owners, FBO services including fuel and ground handling, and aircraft maintenance covering avionics and non-destructive testing. It added pre-owned aircraft sales in response to customer demand and has been the Canadian dealer and service provider for the HondaJet.

A 2016 profile in Skies magazine reported 55 business aircraft and 25 aircraft types on the company's operating certificate, from the King Air 200 to the Global 6000, with many aircraft based in Montreal, Toronto or Calgary. The same report noted 65,000 square feet of hangar space in Calgary. Fleet numbers have likely changed since then.

Flyers using the Calgary centre can request charter quotes, ask about management of an owned aircraft or arrange maintenance through the same company, which operates FBOs at other Canadian airports as well.
