Knight Aviation & Logistics

Knight Aviation & Logistics is an air charter and travel logistics company with its main office in Calgary, Alberta. It describes itself as an air charter and logistics specialist, sourcing a suitable aircraft for each request.

Its services cover ad-hoc charters, consultation on travel solutions, and longer-term air charter and travel logistics programs built around a client's requirements. It also lists 'hot shot' flights that move urgent parts and repair staff at short notice, around the clock. Add-on services named on its website include catering, COVID-19 testing and canine contraband searches.

The company's website names three main client groups. For the energy sector, it runs crew transport and full travel logistics programs, and it cites a client relationship with Chevron Canada dating to 2011. For government, it lists transport for the Department of National Defence and the deployment of emergency services. It also handles private trips, including corporate, leisure and group travel.

The website does not name a fleet or an air operator certificate, and its wording suggests it arranges flights with third-party operators rather than flying its own aircraft. Its team claims 50 years of combined industry experience, but the company's founding year is not stated. Flyers who need a specific aircraft type or operator should ask the company to confirm both before booking.
