Airborne Energy Solutions Inc.

Airborne Energy Solutions Inc. (AES) is a Canadian aviation company based in a hangar at Whitecourt Airport in Alberta. It mainly serves oil and gas, forestry and other industrial clients.

The company lists helicopter and fixed-wing charter transportation as a core service. It also offers aerial work, including visual pipeline inspection, thermal and video leak detection, gas leak detection, spring scanning, geo-referenced image surveys, GIS services, aerial application and meter reading.

The company's website does not list specific aircraft. Its homepage links to a fleet page for fixed-wing aircraft, and the site imagery shows helicopters. Industry listings describe a mixed helicopter fleet of Bell medium and light types and Airbus AS350 variants, but these could not be confirmed on the company's own site.

The company says it works across Western Canada and the Arctic. For private flyers, it is best suited to helicopter or utility charter in remote parts of Alberta and the north, rather than business jet travel. Flyers should confirm the current aircraft and base availability for a given trip directly with the company.
