Aerostar - air charter broker

Aerostar is an aviation charter and aircraft leasing broker based in Sofia, Bulgaria. It mainly works business to business, arranging air transport for companies, airlines and tour operators. Its website is in Bulgarian and English.

The company sorts its work into five lines: VIP flights, charter, cargo, leasing and consulting. As a broker it sources aircraft from third-party operators, and its site says it provides round-the-clock support for charter and ACMI (wet lease) operations.

On the leasing side, Aerostar helps airlines and operators that need extra capacity for a season or to cover an aircraft out of service. On the charter side it handles VIP jet and helicopter flights as well as larger passenger and cargo charters.

Private flyers should ask which operator and aircraft are being offered on each quote, since the company does not fly its own fleet.
