UpStar Aviation is a Brazilian executive aviation company with its head office in São Paulo and a hangar and FBO base at Campo dos Amarais airport in Campinas. The company says it was created and is run by pilots, and presents itself as a single provider for most executive aviation needs.

Its core business is air taxi (táxi aéreo) flying. UpStar charters airplanes and helicopters for domestic and international trips and publishes an ANAC air operator certificate number on its website, indicating it flies under its own Brazilian certificate.

Aircraft owners can place their aircraft under UpStar's air taxi certificate, so that the aircraft is flown commercially when the owner is not using it.
